Celebrating World Pasta Day (Photoessay)

World Pasta Day has been celebrated on October 25th since 1995. 

No matter which region you visit In Italy, pasta is likely to be on the menu. After all, Italy might be considered the world epicenter of pasta.

This commemorative day is organized each year by the International Pasta Organization to draw attention to pasta as a nutritious and affordable food that can be enjoyed in more than 600 shapes and an infinite number of preparations.

  1. I think the tagliatelle w/porcini mushrooms looks the best. But what I have here at home is leftover mushroom risotto. It will do. Nice pasta memoir.
